A brief look at our corporate history
The foundation stone for the Airwasher was laid as early as 1981: in this year, Venta founder Fred Hitzler developed a concept to humidify often excessively dry indoor air while simultaneously reducing the amount of harmful airborne substances. The first Airwasher was born and revolutionized the market at that time.
Since then, Venta products have been ensuring optimal indoor air in private households, businesses and institutions – and in many countries such as France, Great Britain, the Netherlands, the USA and in Asia.

We offer devices for all room sizes. That includes large and even very large rooms such as medical practices, offices, social rooms, canteens, function rooms and waiting areas. For example our LW60T Wifi App Control – Limited white edition and LW62 Wifi Control – Limited white edition humidifiers ensure a constant recommended humidity of 40% to 60% in rooms of up to 120 m² or 250 m². This makes them also ideal for commercial use.

We design our Humidifiers, Air Purifiers and Airwashers with a focus on practical functionality. They feature easy-access filters and water tanks for easy handling and maintenance. All devices have large bases to prevent toppling. We also ensure all models are easy and intuitive to operate.

Our design takes account of function and safety
Every parent is familiar with the problems that arise when tiny children start exploring their surroundings. Suddenly nothing in the home is safe. So the safety of home appliances within reach of children gains absolute priority.
Our devices are exceptionally stable. One reason is the large water tank. They also have a large base and a low centre of gravity. That means it’s very hard to knock them over. They stand firm against children, pets and robot vacuum cleaners.
What’s more, there are no gaps for tiny fingers to explore. Everything is childproof, and all our devices automatically switch off when the top part is removed.*
